Oh friends! I’ve been excited to share this party with you for quite a while now, but December is truly busy in my line of work. I’m finally sharing the beautiful images Sabrina Reis captured for us. And due to time constraints, I’m not writing much.
We had a simple dessert table. The backdrop was made from pretty plaid wrapping paper I found at Home Goods, bulletin board paper from Joann Fabrics and a wood Jingle all the Way cutout from an Etsy shop I recently found. Desserts were all store bought for this party. It was effortless!
Store bought paper bows, bottle brush trees and a cheap wood cutout (less than $1) helped fancy up the cake.
Have you tried the gingerbread cookie sticks from Trader Joe’s yet?! If not, you must! These ones were a touch dry, but another pack I got for a different gathering was pure perfection!
The bar cakes at Target bakeries are another favorite! This one was chocolate hazelnut. It was good, but the peanut butter chocolate one is the best!
Christmas time is the only time of year when I feel like my house looks finished. I enjoy hosting because the trees take up spaces where our home is otherwise bare and I love the look of warm candlelight and twinkle lights.
This particular party had a focus on the Joanna Gaines collaboration with Matilda Jane. If interested in any of the remaining items, read this post and contact my friend Heidi!
I truly love the collaboration with Joanna Gaines and ordered several pieces that I know will remain staples in my wardrobe for years to come.
Sometimes a night with friends is all a woman needs to reignite the fire in her soul. :)
I’m lucky to be surrounded with so many women with different personalities, strengths, lifestyles, goals, hopes, dreams, values, religions and more. Love and respect keeps us together. So grateful for this night with friends and another Christmas season.
Happy holidays friends! Merry Christmas! Cheers! Love and Peace to you!
I know exactly what you mean about Christmas time being the only time of year when your home feels fully decorated. I’ve began to put the decorations up earlier just so I can enjoy the decorations longer :) Cheers to you and your awesome creativity! Wonderful Christmas and New Year!
Us too! I decorated two weeks before Thanksgiving this year. I’ve loved every single evening with the beautiful trees and warm light. :) Thanks so much for stopping by again, Nesikah!
Such a fun gathering of women…thx again for hosting Jess! Sabrina, your pics are stunning!!
Great work! I loved the decor!
