Hello! It’s Tiffany stopping by today. I am a party planner at heart. I’m not a professional (yet), but I love the process and learn something new with every shindig I throw. I live, breathe, and think “party!” It’s a sickness. I’ve started to wonder whether it’s helpful or annoying that once a friend tells me her party theme I begin constantly texting her sources, ideas, and pictures from Target’s $1 section. I’m going to go with helpful.
One of the ways this plays out? When shopping for my girls. It never fails. I’m at the mall, see a little toddler ensemble, and immediately want to plan an entire party around it. In fact, I recently changed my daughter’s party color scheme shortly before the event because I found a dress I loved in a different color palette! And that’s when this idea was born: A little outfit as inspiration for an entire party. But to give you a bit more to go on, I’ve also included an inspiration party (or two). Be inspired friends!
Pink & Gold Party Inspiration
Jessica photographed this beautiful “Baby Love” pink and gold party for Jenna of Eat Drink Pretty. I love the pretty details, soft tones, and shimmery metallic.
And remember Jessica and Cassie’s (of chubby mama cupcakes) urban chic pink and gold “Cue the Confetti” party?!

I’m thinking I need to use this sweet theme for a special Valentines Day dinner next year. Oh and I want the birthday girls shirt in big girl sizes for me! Great job Tiffany!
Thanks Lani! I love this as a Valentine’s Day theme! And I’m with you on the little girl’s tunic! Check out Old Navy right now–they have lots of fleece/sweatshirt crew necks for women. I ordered a few online today to see what works. There’s a tunic one I can’t wait to get (no metallic heart though) ;)
Pink and gold look so sweet together, I love the birthday girl outfit!
Oh my word, so much inspiration…I adore this color combination. So girly and fun!
I can’t say how much I LOVE this!! I’m book marking your page for the future (no baby yet). So pretty!
Thanks for stopping by! You can never start collecting ideas/resources too early! ;)
So cute! Great ideas!
Thanks Christie!
I’ve always been more of a silver girl, but I really like the gold with the pink. Might just go with this color scheme for my daughter’s upcoming birthday. Very cute ideas.
I once heard a stylist say “mixing metals is modern.” Maybe pink, silver, AND gold?! ;)
The girls just saw this on my screen and now want a pink party :) I love gold and pink together!
Pink and gold… what a great combo! Nice job, Tiffany.
Thanks Tonya!
Super cute party and I love that outfit!
Pinning this! I cannot forget about this when January comes around. I love the colors for a few different celebrations in our family!
Tiffany, awesome work.. I love this theme and I would definitely use this for my brother birthday party. Pink is my favorite color and you have used unique combination by using this gold color together. Thanks for sharing this post.
I love the variety of decorating options in this post, thanks for sharing! I’m going to Pin this for sure!
