My friend-for-life Meadow (middle-next to me) and I hit Lane Bryant to shop for holiday looks for her to wear to our very merry cocktail party next weekend! We were thrilled with all of the awesome festive outfits. We hit the dressy tops section quickly because she knew she wanted to wear jeans and dress them up. Meadow decided to go with this black zig zag sequin surplice top because it had the right amount of sparkle without being too much. Plus we all look good in black, right?!

I also put together my perfect outfit for a holiday cocktail party that is sure to make women look and feel great. Lane Bryant has a ton of beautiful festive options. I love an understated outfit with a few pops. In this case, the gold top and the black sequin bag steal the show while the ring is another nice pop!

My obsession with gold continues. The flowy gold top balances out the velvet skinny pants and the heels add length. I think
that anyone could feel great in this outfit. And if you’re concerned about the strapless top, you could easily add a cute cardigan from Lane Bryant’s collection.
