After planning our nursery, I now have a desire to make every room in our house a little more organized, a little brighter and filled with inspiration. Some may call this “nesting” since I’m three weeks from our due date, but I’m just really inspired from reading all kinds of decorating magazines and blogs throughout pregnancy.

While art and home decor items are definitely some things I don’t mind spending a little money on, I love to find inexpensive pieces and wanted to share a few with you as well!

First, you must check out this FREE “Do what you love and do it often” print offered by How Joyful! It comes in several colors and you can simply print it on your home computer. You can access and download the print here. It’s perfect for your home office or your work office.

Obsessed doesn’t begin to describe my feelings and love for this “Smile” pillow in yellow by Honey Pie Design on Etsy. This would add punch to any room. I want it on my sofa—right when people walk into our home, they will be greeted by a simple reminder to smile! Makes me smile just thinking about it and while I normally spend less than $20 on throw pillows, at $38, the joy alone, is worth it.

And how about this Dr. Seuss print by January Jones Prints on Etsy for a nursery, an entryway or even a bathroom? Yes—I have spring fever—bad—which is why you are seeing a lot of yellow, but at $12, this print is a steal!

What fun household items are you lusting for as you put a little spring in your step… or home? Live the fancy life!
