Anyone who has met me in person probably thinks of me as a highly energetic person. I generally talk fast (too fast. I’m working on it), keep a very full calendar and love to be on the go. But sometimes that constant “go, go, go” makes my mind race and at the same time, makes me feel so so sluggish. I run out of energy every afternoon around 2 p.m. I usually fire myself back up with more coffee (not the best idea) or drink water.

When I was given the opportunity to have a BLISSful moment with neuro BLISS, I jumped at it. My BLISSful moment happened on Monday. I had a tough day with multiple competing deadlines for work, a contractor was fixing stuff in our home and we had a few other things going on. It felt busy. I was overwhelmed. And tired from a slight cold that I caught from the little guy.

My experience

I actually forced myself to stop for a few minutes to experience neuro BLISS. First, it tastes great. It has light carbonation with a really delicious citrus flavor that was super refreshing and not overpowering. Plus it is a sparkling beverage, something I often crave. Before trying it, I didn’t know much about this product, but about 20 minutes after finishing the bottle, I definitely felt noticeably relaxed.

I was a bit surprised by this. I guess I didn’t expect it to make a big difference like that. I wasn’t tired, just relaxed. I immediately looked up the ingredients to see what I could find and I found that one of the ingredients is known to be a natural relaxant with no known negative side effects.

I couldn’t believe it. I felt alert enough to get work done, but relaxed enough where my mind wasn’t jumping from one project to the next and I wasn’t getting sucked down the rabbit hole, otherwise known as the internet (social media and blogs specifically).

About neuro BLISS

neuro BLISS is designed to reduce stress and relax the mind. It contains chamomile and a powerful blend of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants including L-theanine, an amino acid found in green tea which has been found to reduce stress, produce relaxation and enhance focus.

This combination provides a calming effect and promotes a positive outlook by reducing stress levels, improving memory and attention and supporting the brain, resulting in the ability to concentrate on one’s goals – not the pressure. And, all varieties of neuro drinks have only 35 calories per bottle and contain no artificial colors or flavors.

Let’s talk about stress for a moment, shall we?

I find stress facts fascinating. Stress is no fun and is SO unhealthy. Everyone I know experiences stress at some level, usually due to work or feeling overwhelmed with life.

Anyway, back to neuro BLISS…

I have three more bottles before I’ll go pick up some on my own. I may even drink if out of a coffee mug in the coming days since a coffee mug just gives me a bit of joy.

Good news! Today I’m sharing a coupon valid for $1 off any neuro drink. There are several varieties, although I can only attest to the deliciousness and relaxation brought about from this particular one. neuro drinks are available at Target, Walgreens, Safeway, 7-11 and other national grocery, convenience and drug stores.

And if you want a really BLISSful moment, enter the BLISS & Tell contest and weekly giveaway for a chance to win a $10k dream vacation. Ok, friends, tell me what you need to have a blissful moment? Alone time on your couch? A full-blown beach vacation? What is it?
